The Nigerian women’s national basketball team, D’Tigress will play Germany and Puerto Rico as they begin their preparations for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

Their first challenge will be against Germany at the Uber Arena in Berlin during the basketball festival on July 19th.

Subsequently, on July 21st, they’ll take on Puerto Rico, aiding their Olympic preparation.

The Nigerian Basketball Federation is actively seeking additional games to ensure the team’s readiness for a strong showing at the Summer Games, especially considering D’Tigress’ previous struggles to advance beyond the group stage.

D’Tigress will commence their Olympic journey against Australia on July 29th, competing in a group alongside hosts France, as well as Australia, and Canada.
