The D’tigers won 62-56, despite only arriving Angola 12 hours prior to the tip off. With the win over Mali, D’tigers have now recorded their first win at the AfroCan after four games, stretching back to the previous edition. At the tournament in 2019, the team played 3 games and lost all three to DR Congo, Algeria and Kenya. The team will face Angola in their next game.
