Rangers’ forward Cyriel Dessers is on the verge of transferring to Greek club PAOK Salonica, according to reports from Greek sports outlet Nova Sports.

Sources indicate that negotiations between Rangers and PAOK have reached an advanced stage.

Dessers, who joined Rangers from Italian side Cremonese last summer, is reportedly eager to make the move to the reigning Greek champions.

The 29-year-old Nigeria international, who concluded the season with an impressive 23 goals despite facing criticism for his performance levels, has also seen his representatives express satisfaction with PAOK’s financial offer.
