Super Eagles star Emmanuel Dennis is in the race to be fit for Nottingham Forest’s Premier League game against Leicester City this weekend.
The 24-year-old missed Nigeria’s friendly against Algeria due to injury.
Latest reports, however, has it that the winger has recovered from the injury and could be declared fit for the, October 3 clash.
Dennis joined Forest from Watford in the summer, and has not impressed his employers.
The former Club Brugge forward is yet to score a goal for the City Ground landlords, but has only managed 60 minutes in all four appearances so far.
He enjoyed a debut campaign in the Premier League last season, which saw him score ten goals and provide six assists.
