Dennis Emmanuel’s Brother Popti dies in boat mishap

Super Eagles striker Emmanuel Dennis lost his older brother Popti Emmanuel Dennis to the cold hands of death in Lagos.

Club Brugge confirmed that Popti, who is in his early 40s, was killed during a sailing race in Lagos last November.

His boat reportedly capsized for unknown reasons and he unfortunately lost his life few hours later, despite the efforts to save him.

Popti is a sailor who has represented Nigeria in all African games and other competitions.

Dennis left Belgium for Nigeria immediately after last weekend’s game to attend the funeral which is slated for today, December 15th 2020.
