Fisayo Dele-Bashiru is not thinking about the transfer rumors and only is focused on the Nigeria’s crucial 2026 World Cup qualifiers against South Africa and Benin Republic.

 

 

The 23-year-old midfielder, has been linked with several teams after an excellent 2023/24 season with his club Hatayspor.

With eight goals and five assists in 36 Super Lig appearances, Dele-Bashiru has not only captured the attention of several European clubs.

“For now, I’m just focused on the international games ahead,” he told the Punch.

“Once we complete these games and hopefully win, then my agent will deal with all of the transfer rumours.”

“Of course there’s pressure going into every match but the team will be confident, everyone is going to be on the same page, train well and I think this should put us in a good condition to win the games,” He concluded.
