It wasn’t Asisat Oshoala’s goal! Fans turned out overwhelmingly to vote for their top goal from the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
Asisat’s match winner against South Korea was one of the 10 selected goals, but votes pulled were in favor of a net shaker made in Brazil.
After weeks of the campaign, FIFA announced the winner is Brazil’s Cristiane for her goal against Australia.
