With the Flying Eagles of Nigeria looking to do well at the forthcoming FIFA U20 world cup in Poland, former chairman, technical committee of the Nigeria Football Federation, Barrister Chris Green has hammered on the need for the team to be technically savvy and should have a team made up of players with the ability to break down teams.
Nigeria will be looking to negotiate past Ukraine, the USA, and Qatar in group C, and having finished fourth in the AYC in Niger, and speaking with www.brila.net, Green added that he expects coach Aigbogun to get a ruthless side before the competition.
“We must have a great technical savvy, we should be able to have a team that has a great mix and highly experienced technical knowledge”.
“They should be able to read teams, break them down, look at our high and low points, and at the same time pounce on the weaknesses of the opposition, and at the end of the day, we will get the job done”.
