Super Falcons attacker Chinaza Uchendu has completed her transfer to Swedish Damallsvenskan side Linkoping.
The forward signed a two year deal with the club after the expiration of her contract with Portuguese side Sporting Braga.
The forward arrived the Portuguese side from Nigerian side Rivers Angels in July 2018 and immediately became an integral part of the squad.
The Super Falcons star went on to record six goals and 14 assists in 26 games in her debut season.
Uchendu who won the helped the club to their first league title in 2018 has now thanked the management of the team for the experience and wish them well in the future.
“I want to say a very big thanks to Sporting Clube de Braga for the opportunity to be part of the club, it was indeed an exciting experience.
“Thanks to my coaches, teammates, fans, and every member of the club.
” Thanks for all the memories we made together.” she wrote on her social media handle.
Meanwhile, another Nigerian striker Uchenna Kanu also signed for Linkoping after leaving the Spanish Iberdrola side, Sevilla.
