Chiamaka Madu speaks on Rangers hard fought win over Katsina United

Rangers international of Enugu midfielder Chiamaka Madu has described his side’s slim victory over Katsina United as hard fought win.

The Flying Antelopes defeated Katsina United 1-0 at the Nnamdi Azikwe stadium in the rescheduled Nigeria professional football league game on Wednesday.

 

Striker Chinoso Ezeikwe was the hro as he scored the only goal of the game that handed the Salisu Yusuf tutored side all the three points.

 

Madu however described the game as a difficult one , before praising his team for grinding out the vital three points.

 

“It was a hard fought game against Katsina United.he told the media after the game.

 

“We however got the result we wanted and that means all three points will remain in Enugu”.

 

“Already thinking of the next game” he concluded.

 

The three points however moved the 2016 league Champions to 8th position on the log and they will be hoping for another successful outing when they host Rivers United on Sunday.
