English Premier League side, Chelsea are reportedly poised to trigger Victor Osimhen’s release clause as per Italian daily La Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Nigerian forward, who himself has finalized his decision on the ‘next step’ in his career post the current season, has been on the PL club’s radar for a while.

Gazzetta confirms Osimhen’s intention to depart Stadio Maradona and discloses that Chelsea will ready a €130m offer which matches the Player’s release clause, accompanied by a lucrative salary offer.

Osimhen recently signed a contract extension with Napoli until June 2026, and the deal includes a clause facilitating his move to a club of his choice in the next transfer window.
