Chelsea FC and Real Madrid have agreed terms for the transfer of Alvaro Morata to Stamford Bridge, the English champions have confirmed.
The club also announced that the deal is subject to the Striker agreeing personal terms and passing a medical.
Antonio Conte has been shopping for a striker since Diego Costa went public with a message the Manager no longer considered him part of his plans.
Morata had grown frustrated with limited game time at the Santiago Bernabéu despite winning the double last season.
He scored 15 goals in 26 La Liga appearances last season for Los Blancos.
