Nigeria league champions Enyimba of Aba has been drawn against Raahimo FC of Burkina Faso in the first round of the 2019/2020 CAF Champions League.

The draw took place on Monday in the Egyptian capital, Cairo and various Champions league campaigners find out the opponents.

The two-time African champions will travel to Burkina Faso for the first leg which is scheduled for 9 and 10 of August, before welcoming the Burkina Babes to Aba for the return leg on 23 and 24 August 2019.

Meanwhile, Nigeria’s second representative in the CAF elite competition,  Kano Pillars will play Asante Kotoko of Ghana in the first round of this season competition.

Kano Pillars will host the first leg in Kano weekend of (9-11th August), before the return leg in Ghana for the reverse fixture on the weekend of (23-25th August)

Enyimba last won the competition back in 2003 and 2004, while Kano Pillars who has appeared in the competition on five occasions, managed to reached the last four once in 2009.
