NWFL champions, Edo Queens thrashed defending champions, Hasaacas Ladies 3-0 in the second game of the WAFU B CAF Women’s Champions League qualifiers and have advanced to the Semi-Finals.

The ladies had earlier won their first match and easily qualified to the final 4 with six points and eight goals difference.

At halftime, the score line remained 0-0 as the ladies battled for a breakthrough but second half was the winning half for Edo Queens.

Esther Moses and Emem Essien scored the first two goals while captain Suliat Abideen scored a screamer to seal the win.

Hasaacas Ladies assistant coach, Emmanuel Mensah stated his team played with a lot of energy against Edo Queens and will give in their all in their final group game.

The Benin side team remain group leader with six points and will face second place Omnisport Etincelle in their final group game.
