Brila Media C.O.O wins again!

More congratulatory messages have been the order of the day for the COO of Brila Media, Debbie Larry-Izamoje as she won another award over the weekend, clinching the prize for Intrapreneurship at The Future Awards 2024.

She beat stiff competition from Salman Dantata, Mary Edoro, Victor Okpala and Hakeem Akiode.

The victory further affirmed her status as a beacon not just in sports but also in business and management .

This gong was the latest in the list of many feats attained in 2024, which also include; getting named as one of Brandcom’s Top 35 under 35 Marketing Professionals, becoming a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing, the Nigeria Achievement Award by The Business Executive, Top 100 Career Women in Africa, 50 Heroines and SLA Top 50 Rising Motherland Moguls amongst others.

Debbie has actively and passionately championed inclusion for women in society and sports, while making game-changing moves in repositioning Brila Media as a go to brand both on radio and in the digital sphere.

Her recent launch of the football for girls Africa program is another reflection of her concerted efforts to see an increased participation of young girls in sports.

A woman of multiple talents, she has maintained a great balancing act both in and out of work, showing a fortitude and resilience uncommon amongst her peers given the challenges she has navigated to not only introduce creative and innovative processes but also implement them.

Her win at the Future Awards is a testament to a body of work that even Leonardo DaVinci’s art pieces will be envious of, and perhaps a sign of further wins in her purview.

Congratulations Debbie Larry-Izamoje.
