Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface scored a decisive stoppage-time penalty, securing a 1-0 victory for Bayer Leverkusen against Qarabag in Group H of the Europa League.
The game was deadlocked until Leverkusen earned a penalty in the 94th minute.
Boniface calmly converted the late penalty, tallying his third goal and second assist in four games for Die Werkself in the competition.
With this win, Bayer Leverkusen maintains a perfect record, securing four wins out of four group games and sitting at the top of the table with 12 points.
