Bayer Leverkusen’s Nigerian forward, Victor Boniface’s form has been rewarded with a place in the German Bundesliga Team of the Week.
Boniface’s performance and goal-scoring contributions for Leverkusen this season was rewarded with place in the best IX for the third consecutive week.
The 22-year-old made the cut this time after scoring the third goal in the 3-0 win over Cologne at Bay Arena on Sunday.
So far this season, he has now scored seven goals the Xabi Alonso-tutored side.
