MFM FC boss Tony Bolus has expressed his delight after the Lagos based NPFL side return to scoring ways to record a 2-1 win over visiting Abia warriors Wednesday evening at the Agege stadium in Lagos having gone the previous five league games without scoring.
Bolus speaking in a chat gathered by brila.net after the game said the team will build on the win gotten against Abia warriors in the quest to ensure that the team stay afloat in the topflight with a tricky fight for premier league status still very hot among clubs in the second half of the NPFL table.
“Definitely we are going to build on this victory and hopefully we’ve seen one or two lapses again, we will work on it. And you know the goal scoring has started coming and that has been the major problem, we have been able to solve that.
“We put in everything in that first half to be able to achieve our aim.”
