It was a dramatic come-from-behind victory for Edo Queens who trailed in the first half, but found their rhythm and scored twice in the second half to snatch victory.
The victory confirms their place in the final four, and top spot in group B edging FC Masar on superior goals difference.

Special Edo Queens
Saturday’s victory for the Nigerian Champions was a statement win in the competition.
Making a first ever appearance in the CAF WCL, Edo Queens have been dominant through the group stages.
Coach Moses Aduku had described the team as one “built to win”, and they demonstrated it coming from behind against the Competition’s most successful side.
Through their run in the regional qualifiers, Edo Queens have shown to be a solid unit; an efficient team on both ends of the pitch.
They only failed to score once through the qualifiers and the competition proper – goalless result against FC Masar. Likewise, they’ve also only conceded once through that period – against Sundowns.
