Coach of Kwara united FC new owners of Delta Force Abdullahi Biffo has revealed the secret behind Delta Force’s immediate response after the team recorded a 1-0 win away in Lafia over Nasarawa united having initially endured three defeats in the opening 5 matches.
Biffo speaking in a chat with brila.net said he realised the players haven’t been well motivated and needed just a bit of psyching up, financial motivation and a challenge to pick up some money if they win the match which the players did with a sharp response beating Nasarawa united in Lafia to earn a second league win in 6 matches.
“If a team is not getting result you need to find out what is the problem. You must identify the problem first then you now find a way of solving them. I discovered that this team has not been well motivated.
