National Technical director of the Nigeria Football Federation Bitrus Bewarang has urged Nigerian coaches to simply up their game and look beyond the shores of Nigeria in the hunt for coaching jobs.
Bewarang speaking on Imama’s exit told www.brila.net that coaching is all about performance and fulfilling mandates which he reckons if achieved will add up to the evaluation of a coach.
“Coaching is all about performance, when you perform as a coach and the result turns out well you have your job for keep and in cases where our coaches need to apply for jobs, I think they should start considering jobs outside Nigeria.”
