Benin Republic Coach Michel Dussuyer Names Strong Sqaud For Eagles

Head Coach of Squirrels of Benin Republic Michel Dussuyer has revealed his squad for this month’s 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against the Super Eagles of Nigeria and Sierra Leone.

 

The 2019 Afcon quarter finalists will visit Nigeria’s Super Eagles on November 13 at the Akwa Ibom International Stadium, Uyo, before welcoming Sierra Leone to Cotonou few days after.

 

 

Michel Dussuyer named a total of 23 players for the clash against the neighbors as they kick start their quest for a place in 2021 African Cup of Nations.

 

Former West Bromich Albion midfielder Stephan Sessegnon, Huddersfield United’s Steve Mounié and German based Cebio Soukou top the list of players invited.

 

In the sqaud for the first time are Melvyn Doremus and Jean Ogouchi, while Mama Seibou, Cédric Hountondji and Sessi d’Almeida are returning to fold after missing from the sqaud for recent friendly game with Zambia due to injury.
