Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich are set to hold discussions with Atalanta BC regarding winger Ademola Lookman before presenting a formal bid.

Sources reveal that the Bavarians have scheduled a meeting with Atalanta and Lookman’s representatives to outline their interest and explore the terms of a potential transfer.

This move could mean a potential return to German football for Lookman, who previously played for RB Leipzig before joining Atalanta in the summer of 2022.

According to the Daily Mail, Bayern Munich is prepared to compete with several top Premier League clubs, who are also keen on the 26-year-old forward.

Lookman had an outstanding season in Serie A, netting 11 goals and providing seven assists in 31 league appearances.

Overall, he has scored 32 times in 78 matches across all competitions for Atalanta.
