Super Eagles midfield enforcer, John Ugochukwu Ogu was on target again for his Isreali Clubside, Hapoel Be’er Sheva in their 2-2 draw against Hapoel Haifa on Sunday evening.
Alon Turgeman and Eden Ben Basat had earlier put the visiting team ahead in the game before Ogu fired past the goalkeeper in the 79th minute of the encounter to bring his side back into the game.
Haifa’s Eden Basat later put the ball in his own net deep into stoppage time to hand the hosts a share of the spoils.
Ogu was on for the entire duration of the game and has made a total of 23 appearances from a possible 29 this term, tallying his third goal for the Camels this season.
Hapoel Be’er Sheva are top of the standings in Ligat Ha’al, having garnered 67 points from their 29 games played.
