Nigeria weightlifters won 6 gold and 3 silver on day two of the weightlifting event at the ongoing African Games in Rabat,Morocco. Emmanuel Appah won 3 gold in the men’s -61kg , Adijat Olarinoye won 2 gold and 1 silver while Chika Amalaho won 1 gold and 2 silver in the women’s -55kg respectively. On Monday, Nigeria lifters won 1 gold, 4 silver and 4 bronze, This brings the medals of the weightlifting event to 7 gold, 7 silver and 4 bronze.
