Aruna Quadri slips down in latest ITTF rankings

Following his poor showing at the World Table Tennis European Summer and Xiaxiang open, Aruna Quadri has dropped one spot in the latest ITTA rankings.

 

The African number one was sent packing from WTT European Summer by Anton Kallberg in the round of 32.

 

He qualified for the Xixiang open due to the defeat of Timo Ball, but he also failed to perform and was eliminated by Chinese star Lin Yun Ju.

 

The 32-year-old went to both tournaments as the 14th-best player in the world, but according to the latest rankings released on Tuesday, he’s now 15th in the world.

 

He has a 1745 points accumulated from the tournaments.
