Arsenal will host Gennaro Gattuso’s AC Milan this evening in the 2nd leg of the Europa League round of 16.

Wenger’s men, by all means, have done 60% of the job last week and all eyes will be on his Gunners side to finish off the job this evening.

Arsenal will seek to qualify for next season’s UCL using the Europa League route as they sit on 6th position in the Premier League, 15 points adrift Champions League places and winning tonight’s game will be a step closer to the finals.

However, AC Milan will need to prove a point and take their chances in today’s game as they push to win a European title in 15 years.

AC Milan have improved since former player Gattuso took over as the coach and coming into the game on the heel of a 1-0 win over Genoa during the weekend means the former European champions can’t be written off completely.

Team news

Arsenal will be without Shkodran Mustafi and Spanish midfielder, Santi Carzola due to injury.

Nacho Monreal, Hector Bellerin, and Alexander Lacazette may make a return after showing improvement during the training session as they recuperate from injury. Gabon’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is ineligible to play.

Gattuso will execute the game without the services of David Calabria, Ignazio Abate and Andrea Conti who are out injured.

Predictions: Arsenal 3-1 AC Milan
