Tolu Arokodare found the back of the net in KRC Genk’s 3-2 comeback victory against Club Brugge in their Belgian Pro League match on Sunday.
Arokodare started the game and though Genk struggled early on, they clawed their way back into contention.
Trailing 2-0 by the hour mark after the visitors scored in the 44th and 60th minute, the Genk players gave their fans some glimmer of hope as Jarne Steuckers halved the deficit from the spot (67′).
In the 83rd minute, Arokodare leveled the scoreline, with the assist credited to Steuckers.
The Nigerian has now scored twice in three league appearances so far, and this time it lead to Genk picking up their first win of the season.
