Anthony Joshua will fight Daniel Dubois for his IBF world heavyweight title at Wembley Stadium on September 21st. This match is part of the Riyadh season events.

Dubois was recently elevated from ‘interim’ to full world champion after Oleksandr Usyk vacated the belt.

This fight will be Dubois’ first title defense while Joshua will be aiming to become a world champion for the third time.

Tension between the two fighters boiled over during the filming of their promotional face-off.

Eddie Hearn, Joshua’s promoter, disclosed that a heated exchange almost led to a physical altercation.

“It was at the end when they said, ‘September 21st and not before,’ and Daniel said, ‘Well, if you want to go now, I’ll go now.’ AJ responded, ‘Do you want me to smash this chair across your face? Don’t ever disrespect me like that again.’ They had to be pulled apart,” Hearn revealed.

Anthony Cacace will defend his IBF super-featherweight world title against Josh Warrington.

Joshua Buatsi faces Willy Hutchinson, with the winner becoming the WBO ‘interim’ light-heavyweight champion.

Josh Kelly will take on former world champion Liam Smith, who is returning to the ring for the first time since his loss to Chris Eubank Jr.
