Andre Lima, making his UFC debut, found humor in a bizarre incident as he received a tattoo of the teeth marks left on his arm after being bitten by Igor Severino during their bout at UFC Vegas 89.

The Brazilian fighter endured a shocking bite from Severino during a single-leg takedown attempt, leading to Severino’s disqualification in the second round.

Rather than dwelling on the incident, Lima opted to immortalize the teeth marks with a tattoo just hours after the fight.

Accompanied by a witty caption, the tattoo reads, “I got f***ing bit bonus,” referencing the additional £39,000 bonus awarded to him by UFC president Dana White.

White, impressed by Lima’s reaction, doubled the bonus to £50,000 and shared a photo of the tattoo on social media, praising Lima’s response to the situation.

Severino, on the other hand, faced consequences for his actions as he was cut from the promotion.

White expressed disappointment in Severino’s behavior, emphasizing the missed opportunity and potential repercussions from athletic commissions.
