Super Falcons forward Anam Imo helped her team Rosengard win the Swedish Women’s Damallsvenskan title for the 11th time after a 1-1 draw at home on Sunday.
The 18-year-old who has scored five goals in 16 appearances for the Swedish champion elect was on the bench for the entire duration of the game.
Anna Anvegard opened the scoring for the home side in the 29th minute of the game but Alexandra Benediktsson struck four minutes later to restored parity.
The result meanwhile was enough for Rosengard to claim the title for the first time since 2015.
Rosengard will now return to the Uefa Women’s Champions League next year.
Anam has now followed the footsteps of compatriot Faith Ikidi who won Swedish crown in 12 months who won the title last season with Pitea.
