Former Super Eagles player, Baldwin Bazuaye, has applauded the impact of Coach Gernot Rohr in recent times on the National team’s progress.
The former Super Eagles player who spoke to brila.net expressed his delight at seeing that the German-born tactician has done a good job with the Eagles team.
Bazuaye, however, urged Rohr to stick to the players that executed the qualifiers for the FIFA Mundial in Russia.
Bazuaye believed that bringing in a lot of new players could cause division in the side, even though one or two new players with experience additions won’t be a bad idea.
In a related reaction, Former super eagles player, Emmanuel Amunike, has joined voice with Bazuaye to give credits to the Franco-German handler of the Super Eagles, Rohr.
Amunike also spoke to brila.net on the state of the Eagles’ team.
“Rohr has done a fantastic job with the team”, He doesn’t care where you are from, in as much as you would help his job, he gives you a chance, says Amunike.
Amunike, however, implores Nigerian and local coaches to learn from the management abilities of Coach Gernot Rohr.
Amunike won the Under-17 World Championship with the Golden Eaglets as Coach two years ago.
