Chairman of the Nigeria Nationwide League NLO Alkali Mohammed has stated that he expects an improvement in the standard of coaching and that of play ultimately after conducting coaching clinics for coaches in the NLO ahead of the season which is expected to start after the commencement of the second tier NNL.
Alkali speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said the decision to have the coaching clinic has to do with the need to ensure the standard of coaching and playing improve at their tier league in Nigeria.
“You know there was recently a clinic that was been approved by the Nigeria Football Federation for those NLO coaches and the clinic was been approved through the recommendation of the Technical Committee. We want to see the beauty of the game, and we want to see our coaches doing the right thing. We want to bring back the glory of the Youths tournament.”
