Arsenal forward, Alexis Sanchez has reportedly passed his medical on Sunday evening prior to his proposed switch to Manchester United.

Sanchez has finally completed a transfer from Arsenal to Premier League rivals, Manchester United, according to reports from Carrington.

The Chilean star has effectively sealed a January transfer to Old Trafford after he underwent a successful medical at Carrington.

He has reportedly reached an agreement over terms on a highly lucrative four-and-a-half-year deal with the Mancunians.

According to Enisports, Reports have suggested that the contract will see the South American attacking sensation take a weekly salary of around £450,000.

And that will in the process make Sanchez the highest earning player ever in the history of British football.

United boss, Jose Mourinho had hinted at an imminent deal on his side’s part for the former Barcelona star.

The Portuguese gaffer had revealed that the Red Devils are still keen on thrashing out a deal for the attacker.

But the Chilean international has traveled down to the North-West to finalize terms with the Mancunians.

And that is prior to a proposed exchange deal that will see attacking midfielder, Henrikh Mkhitaryan go the opposite side.

A formal announcement is not likely to be in public light until Monday because the two men are non-EU players.

And they will need their respective new teams to ratify each of their work permits before any official confirmation.
