Saudi Arabian club Al-Ittihad has significantly ramped up its efforts to sign Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman, offering him an impressive annual salary of nearly €11 million to make the move to the Middle East.

Al-Ittihad has been competing with Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United, and Bayern Munich for the 26-year-old forward, according to reports.

Per transfer expert Rudy Galetti, Al-Ittihad has also proposed a €30 million transfer fee to Atalanta, with negotiations currently underway.

Lookman, who joined Atalanta from Leipzig for €9.35 million in the summer of 2022, has thrived under the guidance of coach Gian Piero Gasperini.

In the last season, he scored 17 goals and provided 10 assists in 45 matches, including a remarkable hat trick in the Europa League final.

Overall, Lookman has netted 32 goals in 78 appearances across all competitions for La Dea.
