Super Falcons star Rasheedat Ajibade started the 2020 Norwegian Toppserien season in fantastic fashion as she finds the back of the net and also helped her team Alvadnes to an impressive win.
Ajibade scored Alvadnes’ second goal as Alvadnes ran out 5-2 win over Lyn, making a bright start to the campaign at Avaldnes Idrettsenter.
It was the best possible start into the new season for the former FC Robo skillful midfielder who is in her second season in the Norwegian top flight.
The 20-year-old put her team 2-1 up against the visitors who raced into the lead on 16 minutes before the home side restored parity.
Alvadnes however scored three further goals in the second half to take all the maximum three points available.
Rasheed at joined Alvadnes from Robo FC last season and she played 22 matches, started 17 of them, and scored five goals.
