No weakness allowed for Anthony Joshua as he hits the the swimming pool looking to keep shape just days after defeating Klitschko with a left uppercut in the 11th round at Wembley last weekend.

The British heavyweight looked to be on the brink of defeat at a sold-out Wembley Stadium before picking himself up from the canvas to secure an emphatic victory.

Joshua who has now won all 19 of his professional fights via knockouts posted several videos on his Instagram account on Wednesday morning.

The first video, which showed Joshua swimming, was captioned: ‘Focused to get better… Fitter, strong, smarter’.

He captioned another post, ‘always working on my craft’.
