Ola Aina is over the moon after scoring his first Premier League goal for Nottingham Forest.
The former Chelsea was a special low drive as Nottingham Forest stunned high flying Aston Villa 2-0 last weekend.
A well-placed cut-back found Aina, who made a powerful right-footed attempt from 22 yards, leaving Emiliano Martinez with no chance as the ball flew into the far corner of the net.
“My goal was one to remember. I’m happy to get off the mark and help the team,” He said.
Nottingham Forest wrapped up the three points with a second goal in the 47th minute when Emiliano Martinez, allowed Orel Mangala’s perfectly placed 22-yard shot to find the target.
“We can all be proud, we stuck to the game plan, we dug in and fought for each other,” Aina concluded.
Aina joined Nottingham Forest as a free agent during summer transfer window after his exit from Serie A side, Torino.
The 26-year-old former Chelsea and Fulham RB has made eight appearance in the Premier League this season.
