Oscar Damiani believes Napoli forward Victor Osimhen has benefited immensely playing under Luciano Spalletti since the manager was appointed.
In a chat with TMW Radio, Damiani who represents the Nigerian striker stated that Spalletti’s style of coaching suits Osimhen perfectly.
“The Napoli directors must be acknowledged for having bought strong players without overpaying them and enhancing them also through the coach’s work.
“Osimhen has characteristics that will allow him to be a protagonist for a long time. He is fast, moves a lot and has a strong head.
“Spalletti’s game has improved many players and Osimhen is one of them.”
Osimhen has scored ten goals for the Partenopei across all competitions this season, despite spending six weeks on the sideline.
The Nigerian’s future has been the subject of much speculation in recent weeks, with a number of clubs believed to be keen on signing him in the upcoming transfer market.
Manchester United and Real Madrid are among the clubs linked with the €100m (£83m) rated forward.
