Squirrels of Benin Republic have concluded plans for a training base in Morocco as the countdown to the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt continues.
Disclosing this to brila.net, Beninoise international, Salomon Junior said invited players have been notified to report to camp and they would be heading to Morocco for the final phase of camping.
“Benin will be going to camp this week and then we head to Morocco to intensify our preparations towards the Nations Cup.
“Our ministry of Youth and Sports in Benin are doing everything possible to make sure we get good preparation and give an even better representation in Egypt.”
The Squirrels are housed in a tough group with Ghana and Cameroon already dubbed favorites to top the group while Guinea-Bissau is the fourth team in the group.
