Super Eagles forward, Ademola Lookman has been nominated for the prestigious 2024 Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai, capping off a remarkable year of achievements.
The Atalanta star recently finished 14th in the 2024 Ballon d’Or rankings and is also a contender for the CAF Men’s Player of the Year award.

His impressive performances for both club and country have earned him widespread recognition.
Representing Nigeria at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Côte d’Ivoire, Lookman made an instant impact in his debut tournament.
He scored three goals and provided an assist, being a key player on Africa’s biggest football stage.
At club level, Lookman etched his name in history by scoring a sensational hat-trick for Atalanta in the UEFA Europa League final against Bayer Leverkusen.
This feat made him the first player ever to score a hat-trick in a Europa League final.
Lookman’s nomination places him alongside some of football’s biggest names, including Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, and top Premier League stars like Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka and Chelsea’s Cole Palmer.

The 15th edition of the Beyond Development Dubai Globe Soccer Awards will be held on December 27, coinciding with the 19th Dubai International Sports Conference, in collaboration with the Dubai Sports Council.
