AC Milan could pull out of the race to sign Samuel Chukwueze as Villarreal continues to play hard ball.

According to reports, Milan are frustrated with the Spanish Club’s grandstanding during the negotiation.

Villarreal president, Fernando Roig, recently stated Milan hasn’t tabled a convincing offer for the player despite the Rossoneri reportedly offering €25m, including add-ons.

Chukwueze has a year left on his contract, buy is understood that the Yellow Submarines want at least €35m from interested suitors.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Milan will make final attempt for discussion with Villarreal, before turning to other options.

The Serie A side have been linked with Chelsea’s Christian Pulisic as an alternative, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport and Sportitalia.

In addition, the Club is also said to be looking at FC Porto striker Tabi Taremi, who also nearing the end of his contract at the Estadio Dragao.
