Coach of NPFL side and Nigeria’s CAF Confederation cup campaigner Enyimba Usman Abdallah has stated that he would want a fair draw for his side and believes been one of the Pot 1 team will be an advantage in this regard.
Abdallah speaking in a chat with brila.net said no one will request for a tough draw for his side but equally aware of the quality of the teams left for them to have earned a place in the group stage of the competition.
“That is a positive thing for us because it’s also in consideration. Everybody want to have a weak team so they can qualify but all the same we are already in group stage and our preparation is not going to change.
“We are going to prepare very hard for any team that comes. And when you look at the group stage, everybody earned it, all the teams are good.”
