Team manager of the Seychelles national team, Davis Khan has submitted that it will be a herculean task as very impossible for Seychelles to defeat Nigeria today when the two teams lock horns in an inconsequential AFCON dead rubber fixture.
Seychelles were beaten 3-0 last year in the first leg at the Stade Linite, and many believe that will be the case later today again.
Speaking to www.brila.net, Khan added that if Seychelles defeat the Super Eagles today, it would be compared to them lifting the FIFA world cup.
“Frankly, it is impossible to defeat Nigeria. We have only 90,000 people and just 3,000 footballers, so to choose players in our country is not easy”
” Nigeria, meanwhile have millions of football players, and so for me, a win would be a miracle”.
“Honestly if we can go on and achieve that miracle, honestly, the feeling would be a great one, it would just be like winning the FIFA world cup”, he concluded.
