Super Eagles forward Terem Moffi will miss Lorient Ligue 1 clash with Troyes this weekend, the club have confirmed.

Moffi suffered a major injury blow and he’s not expected to be fit for the league game.

Nigerian international, suffered the injury while in action for Lorient against Reims over the weekend.

The nature of the injury wasn’t disclosed and it is also unclear when the Striker will be back in the team.

“Ongoing care. Absent next weekend in Troyes. The period of unavailability will be specified according to the evolution, in the coming days,” Lorient stated in a statement on its website.

Moffi has been in good shape and form for Lorient this season, netting eight goals in the league alone.
