Flamingos Captain Dah Zossu Alvine said they are working hard to be ready for the World Cup.
The Bankole Olowookere’s side stepped up their preparations with a 3-1 trashing of Galatasaray Women’s team on Saturday.
The Nigeria’s under-17 women’s football team, have been drawn against Germany, Chile, and New Zealand in the 2022 U-17 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
The are currently in training camp in Turkey ahead of the tournament slated for India later this year.
“The atmosphere in the camp has been and the trainings have been good too,
“They are a good side (Galatasaray ladies) as well, but we are better and that’s why we won the game with fine margin,
“We are ready to the world cup but we are working hard to have a good outing . We are playing Germany first and have watched many of their games, the coaches are working on them as well, giving us tips on how to play them, she said.
