Enyimba FC will bounce back from their worst NPFL campaign according to club Chief, Chibuzo Nworgu.

The Eight times NPFL champions finished 7th in the final standing of the just concluded NPFL season.

Managed by former Nigeria international, Finidi George, Enyimba lost their last game of the season as well, falling 1-0 away against Plateau United.

It has been the worst campaign for the side in a decade and Nworgu the team did perform below expectation.

Speaking with Brila.net, the club Officials said that, “The performance last season is one below the club’s standard.”

He did assure that the club will bounce back after picking vital lessons from the unimpressive season.
