Centurion! Dessers reaches Milestone Career Goals

Cyriel Dessers reached a milestone of 100 career goal over the weekend and the Forward celebrated the achievement with a message of gratitude to Feyenoord fans.

Dessers scored twice to reach his 100th club-career goal in Feyenoord’s Eredivisie clash with rivals PSV on Sunday.

The goals rescued a point for Arne Slot’s men against the title-chasing PSV in front of their 47,000 fans.

After the game, the Nigerian tweeted:

Meanwhile, Dessers is now Feyenoord’s top scorer in the current campaign, across all competitions, and despite not being the team’s first choice Striker at the beginning of the season.

The 20-goal landmark this term is also the striker’s best goal return in his career — bettering the 18 goals he scored in 2019-2020 campaign.
