Ghana’s Coach Otto Addo is confident that his side will go through in the World Cup qualification playoff involving his side and the Super Eagles of Nigeria.

The Black Stars stepped up preparations for the game with training at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja on Monday evening.

The Black Stars need a score draw or victory to book a place at the World Cup at the expense of the Super Eagles side who thrashed them 3-0 the last time they met in Nigeria.

Asked if will be shocked if Black Stars failed to beat Nigeria and miss out on the World Cup, Otto Addo replied:

“We are not thinking of Ghana not qualifying, because obviously we are qualifying, so leave the question till after the game, ” He said.

Ghana will be hoping to stage a return to the FIFA World Cup, after missing the last edition in Russia.
