Victor Osimhen said the Black Stars aren’t a bad side adding that they have quality players in their squad.
Nigeria are looking to reach a fourth successive World Cup finals, and a sixth since 1994, while Ghana is aiming to make a return after missing out in 2018.
Both side will clash at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi for the first leg this Friday.
Speaking ahead of the game, The Napoli striker said, the Black Stars and Super Eagles have quality players, so the game could go either way.
“Of course, I think so and like I said before, they have some quality players and we also have fantastic team and squad depth as well that can get the job done.”
The Napoli striker also charged Nigerians to keep supporting the squad.
“The support has been massive ,even from the Afcon. So we need them to keep supporting us home and away .”
Nigeria have taken only one victory from their last seven clashes with Ghana, with that solitary triumph coming in September 2017.
